I hope @teamlabouruk.bsky.social are getting some statistical input. If 84% of your landslide-victory voters have unfavourable view of Farage, adopting policies he likes is not going to be a winning strategy (as you can see from how well Davey and Polanski are polling amongst your core vote).
Zack Polanski and Ed Davey have positive net ratings among 2024 Labour voters, while a majority of those who backed the party at the last election now have unfavourable views of Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves

Polanski: +24 net favourable
Davey: +17
Starmer: -10
Corbyn: -15
Reeves: -31

Thanks for the email summary #GMail. The only thing is, it is longer than the actual email was.

Can we put in some common sense checks before rolling this AI stuff out?!

Language models are terrible at counting (part 12381...)

It's concerning how many workflows/copilots etc. these tools are now creeping into, despite making small numerical errors all over the place (which a causal eye might not catch).

So I've been reading the Post-16 Education and Skills White Paper. There's some good things in there. But when it comes to universities there's very little to cheer. The situation is very tough and will get worse. The last chance to preserve what we've got has passed. Let me explain why. (1/?)

About 50% of my time interacting with #MacOS is navigating to a folder in a "Save As" pop up window to download attachments etc., then doing exactly the same thing in Finder to open it 10 seconds later. Am I missing some workflow that avoids this bluesky-o-sphere!?

We have built a society in which people of different skin tones, religious backgrounds & cultures get along, share power, work alongside each other, procreate with each other, recognise the each other’s humanity and democratic rights. It is a STUNNING ACHIEVEMENT OF WORLD HISTORIC PROPORTIONS.
I know statistics are poorly understood and are misused. But facts matter

Between the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them

How do cells navigate up gradients of adhesive proteins?
🤔

Termed "Haptotaxis", this effect is ubiquitous in cell migration, but it's mechanism was poorly understood

We show that passive friction directs cells & explains complex trajectories on gradients
