I really hate that media layoffs have been happening for the last three years, including my own, and most of the people responsible for the mismanagement won't experience any negative consequences, especially for decimating the number of people of color in so many American newsrooms.

Three-story yellow brick apartment building with cream brick accents. The building is symmetrical with the door in the center and two sets of slightly bayed windows on either side of the door and continuing to the second and third floors. On the outside portion of both sides of the building are cream brick piers with double windows separated by yellow and cream brick panels. Below an unfortunate replacement parapet wall is a nice pattern of stepped yellow bricks.
