Would've thought the former notetaker for an Operation SIEV IV discussion between the relevant VAdm and MajGen should've know the importance of file notes and record keeping....and indeed at least been able to recall if she even wrote a file note.

First - it seems some kind of monitoring and/or database is being kept on community independent volunteers - and then there's the refusal to serve a constituent based on their political views.
