The caller is a self described Republican who is scared that the Republican policies that she voted for might impact her family. She’s not fighting for anyone else’s kids. She wants an exception to the destruction she wanted for everyone else.

Kavanaugh Stop is better. It is a play on an established legal doctrine called a Terry Stop which says cops can briefly detain a person based on reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.
