Mcclesky V Kemp taught me that the justice system is designed to STAY unjust in order to protect white male privilege. One SCOTUS member's dissent essentially scolded his f'd up colleagues for being too chicken shit to rule justly. It's the basis for the USA's justice system being horse manure.
