My job is extremely chill and I work with rad humans. Fully remote. Still, I’m on my couch side-eying my laptop, full of heavy dread about re-engaging after time off.
A few years into my adhd diagnosis, I understand this is in large part because my brain hates transitions. 1/2

Thanksgiving test batch - Cranberry hand pies with orange glaze.
My vision was fall leaves 🍂 so instead of poking holes, I cut slits for leaf veins. I should have predicted this outcome, but I did not.
They taste great, but I may make different stylistic choices for the full batch. 😏
