I cannot imagine how one would think that. The point is, just proclaiming "Abolish ICE" doesn't get rid of ICE. Last I looked they're still there. Better messaging and a strategy is required to get rid of em. And we still must deal with the problems we are going to have for the next three years.

OK. So I'm going to put it this way. "Abolish" is pretty straight forward. The subject, in this case "ICE" begs the question, how do we do that? Maybe it's time to call out those perpetrators. One must be an evil person to participate in what ICE is doing. Make it personal. And name names.
I have no obligation to lie about what I believe to make my broad coalition more marketable. I don’t say "abolish ICE" because I think it's part of the ideal democratic party strategy, I say it because I think ICE should be abolished.
So, I was in my therapy session tonight, and we are all libs. But that term, "Abolish ICE" got a negative response. One would think that we would have learned something from that debacle, "Defund the Police". Let's quit making this shit our motto's. It's killing us.

So I just figured out a way for one of us to make a painful, but not life threatening sacrifice. Go see that movie about Stinky's current concubine, and report back. We could have some fun with it. We could even pay somebody to do that.

I feel bad for all those Olympic athletes who have trained their hearts out to compete. The Olympic games, in the past have moved the needle up on the humanity scale. But not this time. There is too much evil to overcome first.

Democrats' demand that Stephen Miller is fired as a condition of voting for ICE funding is one of the smartest moves they've made under Trump.
Miller is a loathsome figure who I imagine has rock-bottom likability numbers. Democrats should try to raise his public salience as often as possible.

Hard disagree. It’s not the same thing. The vast majority of Americans hate ICE and backing off calling for their abolishment is giving in to the 30% of the country that is pro-Nazi. We cannot let the far right media influence what we do anymore.

Have enjoyed watching the Olympics since "Wide World of Sports", a hundred years ago. However, given the condition of the country, that spectacle has become irrelevant. With ICE involved, it's becoming like the 1936 Olympics in Germany. We don't need this distraction right now.

Totally disagree. Abolish ICE does not mean open the borders. We had border security before ICE, and we'd have it after ICE. The agency has been allowed to become a private army for a despot. It needs to be dismantled. It's a danger to America & Americans.

Abolishing it is the only way. If it makes you more comfortable, perhaps clarify that ICE was only established as in 2002 as a replacement for US Customs and INS. Tear it down and restructure accordingly.

So, this is from memory of what I might have learned in school. Stinky is gone, "Tatoo" is gone, and that guy in Congress who has a porno alert on his phone is gone, and that almost dead already Senator is gone... That leaves Little Marco. We could work with that.
Meanwhile Rubio looks relatively good. Our foreign policy is disastrous, but not in a way that MAGA notices, even if the rest of the world does. 6/
