Researching and Writing a significant portion of the OED. He also had an inordinate amount of work to do working out the full history of the “world” so there were no inconsistencies. Much of that was in the Silmarilion, which I think was the work that intrigued him the most.

I have switched my phone to an accessible black, white, and grey palette with no color. It is very restful on the eyes and I feel calmer using it. Most photos look better as well.
