The wave of violence against ICE has been driven by online apps and
social media campaigns designed to put ICE officers at risk just for doing
their jobs. The Departrnent of Justice will continue engaging tech
companies to eliminate platforms where radicals can incite imminent
violence against federal law enforcernent.

One thing I’ve learned in practicing law is that client management and personnel management are two very different things. And while they work together they are two different skill sets and shouldn’t necessarily be done by the same people.

So instead of having people who are focused on how things are best communicated (because the amount of work required is prohibitive), you have a bunch of well meaning but incredibly stupid advocating for good ideas. But because they are incredibly stupid, they do more harm than good.

In a pre-social media world, the amount of work required to advocate widely for a particular policy was pretty high. Meanwhile, in the social media world, everyone can advocate for a particular policy to a wide audience.

The problem with this is that most people are incredibly stupid.

I had someone explain to me that we were better off before Obamacare because premiums increased $9k in the decade before the ACA but $11k in the decade after despite the former being a 90% increase and the latter being a 60% increase.

This is why I don’t bother debating in good faith anymore.

Elon's shape looks like it's defined by his rib cage but I was under the impression that HGH results in greater sub-abdominal fat, causing the HGH belly and not an impact to the rib cage. Might be wrong but at least that's what I recall from my health and fitness stuff.
