I saw a neighbor loading a very small child on the back of their bike this morning and now I want to befriend that neighbor on the basis of "I saw them on a bike once."
Isn't this pretty much how #BikeHFX got started?

It's a murder mystery with a twist, quite a big twist.

Re: CBC traffic report this morning
I understand that any time two things suddenly and violently connect it can be referred to as a collision.
However, when the collision is between a pedestrian and a garbage truck, I just think reporting it as a collision isn't giving an accurate picture.
