I saw a video of mayor Mamdani joining into a remote classroom to talk to the kids and do community outreach and it actually made me tear up a little. that juxtaposed to the horrific shit we are seeing elsewhere in the country makes me feel like we just don't deserve him. he's too good of a man

Alex from our time working together, while he was in nursing school. Later, he moved to ICU, working as a nurse to support critically ill Veterans. He had such a great attitude. We’d chat between patients about trying to get in a mountain bike ride together. Will never happen now
