cant make them. very hard to think of things to plan to look forward to, things id want years from now, concrete goals that would have long- term effects. I haven't achieved anything not work-related in years because aside from being forced to by my job, I've lost aspiration

I just remembered that in uni I wrote a paper about cultural references in THE MATRIX and as an aside, I was like, "isn't it interesting how often Neo is compared to/evokes female characters (Alice, Dorothy, Sleeping Beauty)? Anyhoo, back to the real meanings of the references in this movie..."

it is at this moment that I'd also like to point out a number of these spices assist with insulin resistance

it also can cover up the woody-ness of turmeric, so your latte is now quite beneficial. I use "pumpkin spice" and turmeric almost daily in my coffee

"Pumpkin spice" is just cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves. It exists because it's such a warming and comforting combination that it can make PUMPKIN taste edible. What's not to like? You don't like feeling cozy?
