This is poor editorial leadership as well. We had a paper go out to a new reviewer after revisions. They asked for all sorts of nonsense which had nothing to do with the original reviews. I pushed back and the editor accepted it was ridiculous, but why not explain to reviewers the situation first?

Military folk + the Armed Forces Covenant.

What's the best guide you've read that really explains the Covenant, how it works, its strengths and its limitations?

Looking for an independent analysis of it in detail.

I haven’t read it but is it the trees or something else? I.e. correlation but not causation?
In the UK you get a message telling you your blood donation has been used and where it was used, mine went from Sheffield to Manchester to Southport where it helped help to save someone’s life. Here’s a reminder to book to donate if you’ve been thinking about it but forgotten.
I’ve been to give blood today. It’s easy, you get free snacks & you can help save someone’s life. Blood stocks are low,so every donation counts.I only remembered to book as I saw someone else had been,so here’s a reminder for anyone else thinking of going but not got round to it yet. www.blood.co.uk
Trump’s not even hiding it. Lots of folks been talking for a while about how people would be buying up cheap stock waiting for it to rise again & here he is telling people to do exactly that, no shame whatsoever. Some people are getting very rich from this, everyone else should be pi$$ed off.
Wha happened today would be treated as crime if they didn’t now also control all the law enforcement agencies

I would love to see more research teams employ data managers. While roles like data scientists and research analysts are crucial for analyzing data, those roles often don't have the time to develop standardized and documented processes that lead to better data. #databs

This is really unbelievable. When we talk about digital security, I teach my students not to send in a digital message anything they wouldn’t want public knowledge. Surely these people are stupid, but maybe they just think they’re untouchable?
Come & work with our amazing team on our new research project about conflict genital injuries in male military personnel. Post doc research associate post at KCL. Closing date 1st April. Please feel free to get in touch with any queries. www.kcl.ac.uk/jobs/110546-...
