I'm already getting follow up calls to my direct line from people making sure they called the correct help desk number because for seven years it just rang my phone.
The call center can finally pick up help desk calls so now I'm in that uncomfortable position of having to refer everyone to the slower less experienced analysts so they can learn.
Yes, I could fix this in 30 seconds, but the call center needs hands on experience so they can get there as well.

I have a lot of thoughts replaying Mass Effect for the first time since 3 came out, but a big one is what the fuck was up with Cerberus? There's "we moved fast and broke a few things" and then there's Cerberus where as far as I can tell, the Normandy SR-2 was their only non war crime division.

This actually explains the Morbius re-release fiasco. A bunch of suits who don't engage with media mistook surface level references for a love of the film. He's not sharing something about the films he enjoyed, just acknowledging they exist.

I just got back from Earth 1. Simpsons was cancelled after 10 seasons, but Firefly is in season 20 and the entire cast has died and been replaced six times. I said "Like Sliders?" but they said that show ended when John Rhys-Davies was offered his own series about an opera singer that solves crimes.
