The issue is less that theres pikmin stuff for younger audiences, its more that they're sanitizing the whole series in subtle ways like removing anything that could be considered "dark" from 1 and 2's remasters, and worse, dumbing down 4 with stuff like auto lock on and 3 type limit for mass appeal

This is likely just an Easter egg to Nintendo Pictures’ earlier works on the Pikmin Short Movies
