There's a man on Instagram who is a personal trainer who has been posting daily videos of him doing exercises to make his hands bigger. It's not entirely clear why. I thought maybe it was a parody that got out of… went too far. Also not sure that after five months of they're remarkably bigger?

Grenfell United and the TV architect George Clarke are calling on businesses and homeowners to take a “moral decision” and boycott the companies criticised in the Grenfell inquiry for “systematic dishonesty”.
