I can understand HCWs feeling terribly guilty about making a mistake at work which led to a patient coming to harm, but I don't think that feeling could possibly translate into writing "I killed them on purpose", or "I am evil I did this".

Truss introduced unfunded tax cuts, whereas Reeves is going to increase taxation, quite rightly. This will lead to better public services, not "destroy the UK".

In 2014, the NHS was rated as the best healthcare system on the planet. If we can get back to proper funding, there's no reason why it can't improve from 4th best back to best again.
