A little things to say to new BSky Users:

If you're transphobic, You're not welcome here
If you're homophobic, you're not welcome here
if you're an Anti-Fur, you're not welcome here
if you're sexist, you're not welcome here
if you're racist, you're not welcome her

The fact that the reaction is to organize a counter halftime show, not because of musical quality, but purely because the main act isn’t pro-ICE pretty much says it all.
noahfuelgaming.bsky.social
watch is be either Kid Rock, Dax or Tom MacDonald (or all3 since those 3 are the ONLY musicians I know of that support Trump/MAGA)

s they constantly rant about “free speech” and “not being easily offended,” yet melt down the moment a Spanish-speaking artist or a non-American perspective hits
MAGA to host alternative Super Bowl halftime show after outrage over Bad Bunny
Performance promises to celebrate ‘faith, family & freedom’

a lot of us just want a platform where:

Trans people aren’t treated like a “debate topic.” or anything aside from just people

Sex workers aren’t punished for existing.

Artists can post mature or NSFW work without fear of sudden bans.

The community actually enforces safety, not purity.

between Jay, Aaron, and now Rose, it feels like the people running the place don’t share our values at all.

this ain't just "bad optics" it's EXACTLY what people came here to get away from

But between Jay, Aaron, and now Rose, it feels like the people running the place don’t share the community’s values at
noahfuelgaming.bsky.social
Even if you give her the benefit of the doubt (“it’s just a follow”), the optics are awful. Bluesky was supposed to be a refuge for marginalized creators, especially after Twitter turned into a hate engine.
noahfuelgaming.bsky.social
Jay already burned trust by antagonizing the userbase and banning critics.

Aaron’s made things worse with tone-deaf PR responses.

Now Rose (the COO) following an openly far-right organization like the Heritage Foundation and the response being “delete the labeler who pointed it out”

We need to be more vigilant about insidious groups shadow funding a social media network in such a direct way.

We missed it this time but we cannot miss it the next.
rine.bsky.social
Also the COO of Bsky follows the Heritage Foundation, and when people pointed it out the person running the 'shitty follows' labeler decided to delete the labeler for.....reasons.
werechicken.bsky.social
The CEO of Bluesky is following a transphobe and when Link questioned them about it, the CEO banned them.

Hate to say it but Jay is a jerkass.

if Ninja Gaiden 4 even slightly stumbles (buggy launch, dull story, weird monetization, or poor optimization), people won’t give it the benefit of the doubt
noahfuelgaming.bsky.social
Add in Team Ninja’s own mixed record (Stranger of Paradise = cult hit, Wo Long = divisive, Rise of the Ronin = mixed reviews), and it’s easy to see why players might wait for reviews or sales instead of preordering Ninja Gaiden 4

2018–2023:

Astral Chain was good but it was locked to Switch hardware Babylon’s Fall was a PR disaster. Bayonetta 3 underdelivered, Origins bombed commercially.

Platinum’s name used to be a badge of honor, but now it raises eyebrows.

2006-2017:

Okami, Bayonetta 1 and 2, Metal Gear Rising, Nier: Automata, Wonderful 101.

Guardians:

Even though it was single-player and story-driven, everyone assumed it would be another “loot-grind cash grab.”

Reviewers loved it, but it sold poorly at launch. Only months later did people realize it was actually great after word-of-mouth and Game Pass.
noahfuelgaming.bsky.social
Avengers:

A live-service, microtransaction-heavy mess that felt soulless and unfinished. Everyone remembered the XP throttling, “boosters,” repetitive missions, and broken promises.
noahfuelgaming.bsky.social
Guardians of the Galaxy didn’t flop because it was bad.

It flopped because Square Enix destroyed player trust the year before with Marvel’s Avengers.
noahfuelgaming.bsky.social
Platinum has the same problem Square Enix had in 2021:

Even if they make something good, people won’t believe it until long after launch.

Reputation damage spreads faster than reputation recovery.

It takes one flop to make people doubt you.

It takes three good games to make them believe again

so the devs are going all in defending Jesse Singal and making this platform a safe space for TERFs

I know posters generally dislike Mastodon & understand why, but the influx of bksy shitposters this week has really improved the vibe + the Phanpy app also does wonders making it poster friendly

Ubisoft rejecting a game about a formerly enslaved Black man returning to the South to fight for justice during Reconstruction for being "too political" tells you everything you need to know about about the rot at the core of everything.

i'm upset that ubisoft cancelled reconstruction-era assassin’s creed because i am an avid collector of games where you get to kill the klan and i want a third one

In theory, clunky controls make horror scarier by limiting power.

In practice, it often just frustrates players, you die not because the monster outsmarted you, but because your character rotated like a forklift trying to back out of a parking space.

It’s perfectly fine to share disappointment, criticism, or excitement. But turning every minor detail into a full-blown moral debate helps no one.

at this point, if everyone turns EVERYTHING into drama, we're not gonna get any more queer or trans shows
noahfuelgaming.bsky.social
This constant cycle of outrage doesn’t help the fandom or the creators it just drives people away and makes everyone anxious to engage.

The show is two weeks old. There’s one episode. We’ll probably be waiting months for the next, so let’s not burn ourselves out before it even arrives.
