I was just thinking about contributing to the "charity" Feeding America. Until I discovered that the salary for its CEO, Claire Babineaux-Fontenot, was approximately $949,866 in 2024, with her total compensation being $1,113,502. Apparently, feeding America isn't her top priority.

I've just seen some of the news on the fires in Hong Kong, I genuinely feel like these fires will be historic. I think a lot of people just don't feel like buildings like that can burn down, let alone 7 at the same time.

The problem with ICE is not that it's targeting people who aren't criminals. The problem with ICE is that it's an unaccountable secret deportation police. It cannot be reformed under a better president. It can be made less terrible, but the instrument of repression remains for the next tyrant.

Considering the timing and political climate, and the way it was announced, there is even a likelihood the guard shooting is a false flag event, but that really changes nothing, because Trump killed them wether it was staged, motivated, or just typical street crime.

The death of those guardsmen is on Trump for illegally deploying them, and he should be held criminally accountable for their murders, they died for nothing in a political stunt doing a job they are not trained for, and had it been my father, I’d be suing the shit out of the regime today.

ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.
The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.
