Let's be clear: we have the right to protest. We have the right to legally observe government thugs kidnapping neighbors. We have the right to protect immigrants & immigrants have the right to exist. They do not have the right to publicly execute anyone for doing/being any of that.

I've ranted about this before but I actually *hate* the (disturbingly common!) idea that we should take emotions out of decisionmaking.
