Stop printing lies in the newspaper. There need to be consequences for printing lies in the newspaper. He literally says and believes exactly this, several times per day and on camera.

SCOTUS is writing itself into illegitimacy. At some point we must say no, these decisions are not the product of impartial, well-reasoned jurisprudence, the Court is compromised, we need reform.

this dismantling of the regulatory state and the complete defanging of corporate oversight is probably one of the most important stories of the last twenty years, yet it's of little interest to the press. Here it's relegated off to the opinion section where it can be dismissed as conjecture

One of the most disturbing things about the U.S. government getting themselves into the anti-vaccine game is that it is a time-release poison pill.

It will take a few years before the worst of the harm is visible to enough people that they will truly understand what has been done to them.

My teen, who had dreamt of being an astrophysicist, just told me he wants to go to law school because, “Science isn’t going to be a priority in the US in the future…I don’t want a job where I’ll be constantly worried my funding will be taken away.”

Gutting. How many future scientists have we lost?

When the EU levies a fine against Twitter for deceptive advertising and fraudulent content because they allow marketing by fake Twitter accounts that scam Twitter consumers, Rubio goes through the roof— who calls the shots here?

We need Isaac Chotiner to give Tom Cotton a call and ask if he wants to talk. Maybe Isaac can help clear this up for us.
BERMAN: Would it be legal for police in Arkansas to kill suspected drug dealers on a boat in a lake?

TOM COTTON: The premise of your question is not well-founded

BERMAN: The answer is no. It would not be legal to kill them.

Look, people, there is no evidence that Senator Tom Cotton was caught pleasuring himself while watching the video of those survivors clinging to a portion of a wrecked boat until they were murdered by a second missile.

There's just no truth to that at all. Stop saying it.

Every time ACIP meets, Bill Cassidy (R, Coward City) makes pathetic mewling sounds about how bad the committee is.

It is Bill Cassidy’s fault that ACIP is no longer a legitimate scientific body.

Sir, you are a fucking U.S. Senator. Impeach RFK Jr or STFU.

Yes.

And in this case, the Texas GOP lawmakers were pretty open about the racial motivation. That's why the district court ruled against them, and wouldn't have if they could've identified it as a partisan gerrymander.

To presume good faith in that regard requires willful denial of the evidence.
