It is absolutely imperative that collectively, we build a bsky appview that is hosted and managed outside of the United States. This is absolutely critical, and we needed to have this months ago. No US staff, no US banking. I can't stress how critical I consider this.

Six months since my dog had to be euthanized, and I feel like I messed up waiting so long. I projected my emotions, wanting every second with a creature that lived day to day. In hindsight, as soon as it was clear cancer was incurable, and each day would be worse, I should have let go immediately.

Anytime I meet someone who works for DHS, or their family, I don't react with anger. I show them obvious and over the top pity.
