The cultural impact of Rob Reiner cannot be understated. Legend isn't big enough a word. It goes to 11. You can't handle the truth. As you wish. I'll have what she's having. I'm your number one fan. You guys wanna see a dead body? The very idea of a bucket list. The West Wing.

All from his movies.

Rob Reiner was more than an amazing movie director to me.

He was one of our strongest public advocates for @TheDemCoalition, part of our Impeachment Task Force.

He was one of America's foremost voices of reason and wisest defenders of democracy.

Rob is an American treasure.

The run that Rob Reiner went on between 1984 and 1992 is one of the most amazing hot streaks any director has ever had. Legendary stuff

How do you write an entire piece about the bystander without ever naming him?

His name is Ahmed el Ahmed. Is that the problem for you all?

@ebertvoices.bsky.social I started to settle in to read your individual top 10 lists for 2025 but then I had to scroll through about 15 men's names before I saw one female contributor. What a sausage fest. Do better in 2026.

Does anyone here remember Herc Puppigan? How about Kid and Karl the faithful dachshund? The death of CharlieBrown has made me think about all of my favorite online animal friends.

I have been extremely vocal about the genocide in Gaza and about my agony over Israel as an apartheid regime. But I am not going to sit around quietly while people suggest that the slaughter of Jews is a "parallel" to Zionist violence.

This isn't just about gun violence. This is about raging patriarchy and the radicalization of men. EVERY lede to these stories that uses the gender-neutral term "shooter" helps erase the fact that this is MALE VIOLENCE.

Please make the connection between mass shootings and the rise in femicide, revenge violence among boys towards girls who reject them, online harassment, and all of the other ways that men are rampaging around holding the country hostage as a reaction to social failure.

I had a cat friend for a long time. We became friends on Twitter and then moved here. He was so beautiful and sweet, a devoted husband and dad to his kitties. charliebrowntc.bsky.social

I just realized something. I think that leftists like to catastrophize about things like imminent food supply crises and martial law because it allows them to keep spinning out about threats to themselves while doing very little to address the less dramatic crises that affect people who are

This will be controversial but I completed my MDiv without any extensions because I knew Sundays were going to come no matter what was going on in my life and if I was going to be a preacher I had better develop a serious "get 'er done" discipline.
