I think this may be geographically dependent (and depends on what you mean by "playing cards") - I learnt a few years ago that e.g. a "standard" set of playing cards in Spain is different from the one used in northern Europe.

I think that card might be unique to the Australian edition? Because I've got it too, but most of my friends have never heard of it.
