I love when after an NHL/AHL game in the dressing room they give the hat/belt/jacket/whatever to the MVP of the match and they all go “SPEECH” and the guy is always just like “fucking right, let’s keep it going boys” and they just LOSE their minds as if he announced he was buying them all new cars.

This protection is truly the only reason we have been able to stay in Toronto while I was in grad school, unemployed, making minimum wage, or making a salary so low that market average would take 87% of my paycheque. This is a nightmare.
In particular, they want leases to no longer necessarily remain in effect indefinitely, so that landlords have more options for creating tenant turnover.
