Gonna need people to support middle grade and YA titles bc where do we think adult readers come from!! If kids don’t have good books to read from like 8 - 12 they are going to stop reading 😭😭😭😭

I’ve been thinking about the Trump appointee being asked if he thought he would go to hell, and I just can’t think of a better question for people that use Christianity as a crutch for their crimes. If it seems out of line, it’s only because we allow wicked people to pretend to be pious.

This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.
