One of ours got a bone stuck in her mouth. I held cat, wrapped in a towel, facing away from me. Mrs Raw bravely poked a finger into the cat's mouth to pull out the bone. Cat bit clean through Mrs Raw's fingernail with the sound of a hole-punch going through 20 sheets of paper.

Classic clasped hands on the monument for Angelina G. and George Stewart Sr. at Oakland #Cemetery in #Atlanta, #Georgia.

George was considered a pioneer citizen, coming to the city in 1853 and doing contract work for the railroads.

Smaller letters went in the lower case.

This is why we say ‘UPPER CASE’ and ‘lower case.’

Ok, but what did we call them before the invention of the printing press?
