My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

Mockler: Young people are having trouble accumulating capital in the form of housing or in the form of investing. And due to that, you see a lot of younger people turning against the system. We're not loyal to a system that hasn't been loyal to us.

It happened again: The Trump administration has admitted illegally deporting a man to Guatemala despite an immigration judge's order that he was likely to be tortured there.

It is kinda wild how the president is evidently receiving some kind of regular medical care that requires IVs and we don't know what's up

It really is amazing that the president has a noticeable an unexplained physical ailment that is disfiguring his right hand and there's no reporting about it. The White House's line is that it's from Trump shaking too many hands! Something is clearly being covered up.

I don’t know why this is so complicated other than the fact that Americans do not have faith in the outcome of debating moral questions. Calling this a war crime gives first degree murder too much dignity.
"When there’s no war, you aren’t committing war crimes when you kill people indiscriminately. You’re just a straight-up murderer."
A war criminal without a war
It's just murder.

Here in California, officers tackled our Latino senator.

Now this from Rep. Grijalva.

Hmm what do they have in common here? 🤔
AZ Rep. Adelita Grijalva says she was pepper sprayed during Tucson ICE raid

"When I presented myself as a Member of Congress asking for more information, I was pushed-aside and pepper sprayed."

NEW: Carol Loennig tells Nicoll Wallace on MSNOW that the DOJ intends to try and indict Letitia James a THIRD time.

The trouble with that is these multiple tries help James prove her vindictive and selective prosecution bid, and bolster a case to get the grand jury materials.

NEW: Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has loudly defended President Donald Trump’s withholding billions of dollars in congressionally approved federal funding.

But as a House member, Duffy took a drastically different position on presidential power.
Trump’s Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy Once Defended Congress’ Power of the Purse. Now He Defies It.
As a congressman, Duffy made an impassioned legal case against executive overreach. A decade later, judges have used those same arguments to rebuke him for withholding billions in transportation funding.
