My brother, that is not "dating." And family who are aware and haven't intervened is certainly complicit in this statutory relationship.
My 16 year old niece is dating a 20 something year old and trying to bring him to my house for Thanksgiving

Competitive swimming is a great full body workout too.
Save for actual long distance running, Basketball and soccer require the most conditioning and stamina. You running nonstop for 48 and 90 mins, respectively. You ABSOLUTELY need to be in shape.

90% of my career was like this. Nobody will keep track of all the deliverables you executed flawlessly (so you have to tell them often and keep a list of wins) but that one time something was amiss (often when I’m out of office) it’s a maelstrom of post-mortems and process reviews.
I know some people can relate. But it’s kinda funny to be in a field where nobody notices what you do until its not done correctly. Silence means you’ve done a good job.
