due to a bug (and there are many), in Final Fantasy 7 (PS1) the magic defense stat on equipment does nothing (the Spirit stat still works as intended)
this was fixed with the PS4/Steam versions

Most constitutional amendments weren't that grandiose. Two of them were about banning, and unbanning, liquor.

Public consensus grew so large (27 times) that it was amended-(I realize it that it didn’t apply to all 27 amendments).
We have to have reached the momentum you need to force amendments on government corruption at this point.

I'll keep saying this over & over - nobody got into shmups to play novice modes. They got into them because they saw Hibachi, Larsa, an Ikaruga double play or something like that. Devs gotta be confident & have a punk attitude & spend less time thinking about novices
