Dang. I promise you, Drawing Dungeon is one of my favorite solo #boardgames, right next to Under Falling Skies and One-Deck Dungeon. But the setup and rules overhead are nil. So easy to sit down with and be with. So enjoyable.

Anyone here a pro at designing boardgames? I have this neat monetary system in Noss, and I wanna develop a game using these chips, but I wanna make sure it's balanced and complex and fun. If you have some ideas and are interested in helping craft this, let me know! The game is called Qu.

$Shiny, chevron-shaped (like a 3D L shape), metallic chips of different colors that are assembled into a larger cube. The fully assembled cube is to the left, named a Quggon, with a value of 100. Next to the cube spread a set of different chips. The Hex is blue, valued 60. The Horn is brass, valued 20. The Cup is copper, valued 10. The Hand is chromium, valued 5. The Qupi is steel, valued 1 (there are five of them). There is also a Lode, valued only 0.1, which is of black lead. It looks like a single tiny cube with a square whole passing through its center. A caption under the illustration reads: The main currency in Noss is the Qupi, which consists of chips of identical size made of metal alloys infused with magnium. The chips are magnetic (except for the fractional lodes), and polarized in such a way that they can be assembled into a perfect cube of exactly too Qupi by joining five single Qupi chips with one Hand, Cup, Horn, and Hex.$

They’re planning on building a detention center for migrants in the middle of the fetid swamps of Florida.

If you think this is something new, the first internment camp they sent me and my family to in 1942 was a barbed wire prison called Rohwer. It was located in the swamps of Arkansas.
