So I take benedryl most nights cos I have cgm & am mildly allergic to the adhesive. A benedryl at bedtime keeps it from itching & helps me fall asleep.

The other night I forgot to take it, & discovered I am apparently CONSTANTLY in the middle of a full body allergy attack I knew nothing about.
