@heidialexander.bsky.social can you sort out the EV charging on the M4? We are EV users with 9 year old car, Type 2 connector which most cars can use. But service stations have hardly any such connectors. All motorway stations should have at least 4 22kV Type 2s. V close to your constituency!

For years, experts have warned that nature loss would become a security threat.

Now a national security assessment confirms it: biodiversity collapse risks food shortages, economic instability and global disorder.

Nature underpins our global safety. So why is UK Government failing to protect it?

After 3+ years of campaigning from Friends of the Earth, the government has now published its #WarmHomesPlan. This is a significant step towards making our homes greener and cheaper to heat.

The plan shows good progress, but we must see more funding and ambition. Breakdown 👇

An across-government technical assessment published today recognises that "nature is the foundation of national security" and that "every critical ecosystem is on a pathway to collapse". A rational response to this would be to get very serious about nature recovery.

I see Tom Skinner is Reform’s latest ‘star signing’.

✅ Grew up loaded with Lamborghinis in the garage, but cosplays as working class.

✅ Privately-educated.

✅ Convicted criminal.

✅ Failed to pay back £50,000 Covid loan.

✅ Betrayed his Mrs.

He’ll fit right in.

It's ridiculous that the Government *still* haven't banned the sale of peat.

Peat bogs are still getting dug up and used for compost and in horticulture. Ministers say they'll ban it 'when time allows'.

Get on with it already! Sign the petition:

How deforestation turbocharged Indonesia's deadly floods
The deadly flooding that has killed hundreds in Indonesia was largely the result of monsoon rains and a rare tropical storm. But something else may have played a role: deforestation.
