Trump cabinet and staff are corrupt. It's why Trump hired them. Now they MUST abuse their positions and commit crimes for Trump or he won't give them a pardon -- and almost ALL require pardons! He owns them. GOP Congress can still escape him. His cabinet and staff can not.
