Homeland InSecurity kristi noem asked for a definition was corrected in Congress.
When a writ of habeas corpus is issued, it compels the custodian to present the detained individual before a court & provide a legal basis for detention.

It would have made sense to sell the farmers' produce instead of letting it rot.
trump does not care about anything except sucking up the air from the rest of US.
Instead of earning their living, farmers are on taxpayers' dole.

I feel like a broken record, but I have to keep saying it over and over again: a farmer bailout won’t do much of anything because the market is gone. There will be no incentive to plant next year.

The bailout will help payoff farmer debt to the banks. That’s all.
