I have no idea why this continues to be a topic. In Spain we pay a wealth tax. It’s much higher than 1-2% and on very low earnings and no-one leaves because of it. The UK should implement this and stop dithering 🤷‍♀️

Arron Banks was a co-founder of Leave EU. He would have surely known that Leave EU could never repay the loan.
