Tree of Savior M just released a Taiwan version today. I'm playing it with a translator the community suggested and while it's not perfect, at least I can better understand what is being said. Still waiting for an English version; Thai ver releases on Q1 2026

Recently began playing Trove after a 10 year hiatus with a new account and laptop. Getting the first 15 classes was easy if a bit time consuming. The Vanguardian, Bard, and Solarion though seem like a freaking hell to get.

Seeing people for the last month blaming creators to some degree asking why we don't put our books up elsewhere.
You know why we're on itch? Gumroad shut us out. DLsite, Fanza, etc all require severe censorship of genitals and are far more restrictive and difficult to buy from.

It isn’t wise to boycott itchio. Even if you feel the platform messed up, you’re usually just hurting small, marginalized creators
I know a lot of people have lost faith in itch (I have), but until an alternative is in place, please don’t completely abandon the creatives still operating on the platform. And remember, a lot of people have dropped their rev sharing to 0% (I have) 🫶🏻

@itch.io Are there plans for better communication in the future and contingencies in case there's a repeat of this happening? This mess happened way too suddenly with no one prepared nor having the full grasp of the situation. Misinformation is widespread and emotions are running wild.

Processors only fear direct pressure and bad headlines. We already had Mastercard scrambling with false statements to defend itself. Why shift focus now?

I'm doing research on NSFW-friendly storefront alternatives, mostly focused on games, but I'm also keeping creators who do books, comics, artbooks, etc. in mind. It sucks to keep packing your bags and moving but I know folks are looking for options.

I might try to showcase certian NSFW games (fps, turn based, roguelike) just to bring attention to them. Idea come from a YouTuber who does this but only shows the gameplay and not spicy scenes due to obvious reasons.
