Sorry for the rant, but I'm tired of seeing folks call the administration 'incompetent' or 'dumb'. These are not ignorant bumblers who just don't know any better! There's a lot of money at stake & a TON of people in the background, who aren't on TV or in the news - waiting for pieces of these pies.

The largest fire in Olympic Nat'l Park history is *basically * out. Bear Gulch burned 20,000 acres, but has stopped growing. 100% containment won't be declared for a while.

(Like me! Haven't worked there for a full 90 days yet, which is what's required before I qualify for insurance).

Gardening is def a big piece of my sanity rn! Tho flowers are great, growing things I can eat,esp, is my fave. If u ever decide to try, I highly recommend starting w/basil. It's super easy to grow here in the PNW (can be indoors, as a house plant!). I use seeds from Dollar Tree. 3 packs for $1.25!

Last year, a truck circling the Puyallup fairgrounds had a huge built-in(??) video screen running like, a PowerPoint on loop?? Re: how Trans people are all sick & should be in prison. I got stuck in fair traffic, behind it, for ~30 min. Loved that, as a trans person, day before my birthday...,ugh!
