2040 Fresno State coach Sam Darnold.
Contemporary to Dilfer who can surpass him as long as he doesn't destroy a G5 college program after he retires
Most importantly where will the San Darnold discourse go from here

Y'all got the ACC buy/sell/hold wrong! Ralph said Bruce was wrong for having a buy on NC State, who improved from 6 to 8 wins. Overall should have been tied 9-8

What a great chart.
Which games accumulated the most yards and had the fewest points?

We calculated combined yards/point for FBS games this year and ranked the games.

Congrats to Wyoming and Akron who combined for 654 yards in their matchup but only got 10 points out of it!

College football possessions per game totals have been shrinking over the last decade due tempo preferences downshifting, plays per drive increasing with improved offensive efficiency, and game/play clock rule changes. FBS games averaged 23.9 possessions per game in 2025.

Darnold in the Super Bowl for Jets fans is like running into an ex who got really into Pilates and promoted to VP after you broke it off.
when the Jets drafted Sam Darnold his OC/QB coach was Jeremy Bates who has not been hired to any job in football since. then they fired the coaching staff and hired Adam Gase who also has not been hired to any job in football since. no i'm not mad about it

Think Zach had a lot to do with his own downfall, but yeah it’s not great.
How many rookie quarterbacks have the Jets ruined?!
