I'm interested in improving our family gravy recipe. I'm taking an idea from Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat: adding some acid to the gravy.
Context: gravy goes on turkey, mashed potatoes & dressing. It's key for the turkey because I don't brine or otherwise attempt to salt the meat in the cooking process.
