Boring name. They missed an opportunity to call it "The Overton Window" as a wink to The View.
CNN has a show with a similar line. That the problem with this country is we just aren’t talking to each other.

It’s the kind of diagnosis that a toddler would land on.

My wife and I have a concept for a TV show (Coma) where the President is incapacitated for an extended about of time (ideally 5 seasons) while his inner circle jostle for power. The main character is the nurse interpreting his incoherent mumblings. Tragedy, comedy or both. DMs open if you have $$$.
I'm not sure he's going to make it, folks. Eyes are closed

"Since Gallup began measuring this question globally in 2007, few countries have shown gender gaps this wide in the desire to migrate. Before the U.S. in 2025, no country had recorded a gap of 20 points or more between younger men and women."
"In 2025, 40% of women aged 15 to 44 say they would move abroad permanently if they had the opportunity. The current figure is four times higher than the 10% who shared this desire in 2014, when it was generally in line with other age and gender groups."
Record Numbers of Younger Women Want to Leave the U.S.

Episode 3 of the new season of #TheDiplomat features the Treaty of the Law of the Sea. So of course I had to look that up on #wikipedia.
Turns out 15,000 people viewed that article since the episode came out 5 days ago, when its usual daily traffic is 500!

The head of American public health expressing the fertility rate in %. He knows nothing and isn't interested to learn.
RFK Jr: "When my uncle was president, the fertility rate in this country was 3.5%. Today it is 1.6%. The replacement rate -- in other words the amount of fertility you need to keep your population even -- is 2.1%. We are below replacement. That is a national security threat to our country."

I tried GPT 5.0, the chatbot that's supposedly at PhD level. I asked it a question similar to the one I use for staffing in my unit.

The beginning of the response is fine but it got lost, mixing in a concept that ceased existing in the 1970s. I would have to fail GPT as candidate.

Trump was never a nice guy. Or a good guy, or an ok guy. He was never all right. He was never "tough but fair".
He was always cruel, mean, uninterested in people.
Donald Trump demanded that unhoused Washington, D.C., residents “have to move out [of the city] IMMEDIATELY.”
