All my life I was told I was Jewish, I was stopped by Hasids on the streets asking me to wrap Tefillin, I was invited to Jewish holidays from strangers, etc.

It's not one of the imax theatres where you're gonna get anything beyond a slightly larger screen unfortunately as it's not a full 1.43:1 screen. I think it's even a 2K projector. AC was also broken, too. However, didn't diminish my enjoyment of the movie.

The moment I saw The Creature's Tale, I knew this was not just a good movie but one of the best things I've seen in years.

I haven't seen anything Jacob Elordi has been in before but he makes this movie *work*. He has this profound innocence that just makes you want to tell him everything will be OK.

This time around I was more focused on the writing and there is some incredible dialogue, it's just astonishing

Caught it a 2nd time in Montreal (after seeing it in Toronto in 35mm) and it's even better the 2nd time. I did have to spend an hour wandering around looking for a poster tube to keep it safe but I managed.

What a movie though, it's so awe inspiring.

Christ, I got jumpscared by that YouTube money reveal. Spending a few minutes on the twitch stuff, seems like a lot of money, and then it turns out all of that was almost a rounding error compared to the YouTube ad revenue is insane.
