We made like 400 tamales on Sunday.
- Pork chile de arbol
- Chicken chile verde
- Cheese and jalapeño
Sauces, masa, broth all made from scratch.
It took two days of labor and my house is now insanely clean.
I will eat nothing but tamales for the next 96 glorious hours.

It's worse than lurid fanfic writing from the early aughts web rings where every chapter ends with someone being knocked unconscious, but I need it in my veins.
