Saw this on reddit, but don't have a reddit account: You can get a preventative MRI! I'm supposed to do one every year to check for MS lesions. I also get my eyes checked for disintegration symptoms. Not defending the white house, but these are actual things that actually happen.

I got fired from my last job for saying data duplication was bad and then not providing data for a 70 year old truth in computer science. It's going to get real awful folks.

Google has started automatically opting you in to let it read your stuff to train AI. You need to turn this off in SEVERAL places in your settings (not just for Gmail), if you want to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

When a big media company uses genai slop instead of human made art, it is not just taking a job away from one artist to make that thing but *multiple* artists involved in all the things.
