The ADA’s Standards of Care document for 2025 dropped and it includes endorsement of open-source automated insulin systems like the one I use. To say this brought me to happy tears is an understatement. diabetesjournals.org/care/issue/4...

I know some people capture bugs inside and set them free
Rather than squishing them and throwing in garbage.
I do similar with bits of gravel that get tracked In. I paid good money for that, and I’m not gonna slowly throw my driveway into the garbage.
