A Freedom of Information Act request has revealed that ICE has likely not met the conditions of its permit to lease the building on Macadam. More here from FOX12

There are unconfirmed reports of increased national guard activity in Portland, Oregon. A few years ago 30 or so would run through my neighborhood with big back packs but no weapon. The video I saw the troops were geared up the same way.
The military helicopter buzzing ICE protesters is confirmed.

We held a beautiful vigil next to the ICE facility at 4310 S Macadam Ave Portland, OR 97239

People laid flowers, lit candles and recognized those kidnapped and/or harmed by ICE.

The number of migrants detained in ICE facilities has reached a record high of more than 56,000! Federal law PERMITS MEMBERS OF CONGRESS TO MAKE UNANNOUNCED VISITS to ICE facilities to inspect them, but NOW officers at the DHS SAY THEY CAN DENY OR CANCEL ANY VISIT IF THEY “deem it appropriate”!!!

Extremely disturbing video and photos from the South Waterfront neighborhood where ICE is located. 2 ambulances called and at least one protestor dragged unconscious through the ICE gate.
There is also video of ICE trespassing on Cottonwood School grounds in what looks like attempt to plant a knife.

We had a fantastic turnout at the committee meeting tonight! We packed the council chamber and three overflow spaces!!! Amazing speeches before and after declaring we Revoke the ICE Permit!

Also - don’t forget to join the vigil and/or drop off flowers/candles for those who are able to attend
