The words of author Oliver Kornetzke. There is more to this statement on his cronies and goons but I dont believe anyone has ever, or will ever sum up Trump more emphatically than this.
I laughed so hard at this

And the sheer stupidity of leaving the EU in the first place still has the power to shock me. I mean, this has been bloody obvious for, like, forever!

It is so embarrassing that it has taken nearly a decade for a British minister to say this, a statement of the absolute bloody obvious

Reading the reviews of Wuthering Heights feeling vindication for Emily Bronte- If you are going to make a movie about a literary classic at least attempt to honour the storyline and message of the original. The minute I saw the casting I knew this was doomed. I do like the soundtrack though.

No-one seems to have noticed, but many of the core developments in the Mandelson/Epstein story these last few days have been broken on this website. @pickardje.bsky.social and @petergeoghegan.bsky.social are both posting each breaking development on BlueSky, not X.

Chris Mason smirking loving all the Westminster fallout with all the political acumen of a gossiping old biddy over the neighbouring hedge. I cannot stand the creep.

Munich, of course, famously a great place for British PMs to get an easy win that saves their career.
Yvette Cooper: 'Later this week, Keir Starmer will lead our delegation to the Munich Security Conference. At this crucial time for the world, we need his leadership not just at home but on the global stage, and we need to keep our focus where it matters, on keeping our country safe.'

Starmer will never be great at this, and will have to go sooner or later, but he has a golden opportunity to stop kicking Labour MPs, members and voters in the head
NEW - Statement from the Tribune group of soft left MPs backing Starmer to remain as PM.

But a subtle call for a cabinet reshuffle, saying change will require "a Cabinet and front bench that reflect the breadth of views across the PLP... and the diverse traditions that make up our movement."

I am clueless I had a go on a curling pop up course with no ice in the Christmas holidays and then proceeded to ask the organisers for a broom/sweeper thing 3 times only to be told what for there's no ice to melt - I ran away in shame.

So Keir Starmer has announced that he is NOT resigning based on the Lord Mandelson/Epstein files scandal, and I am not convinced that he will last the day.

If he doesn't he's out in May. Labour need to reclaim the left, ridding the party of this toxic influence could not happen at a more crucial time. We need to see a closely aligned with Europe Labour focused on delivering change not pandering to right wing dog whistling now, whomever is at the helm
