On a more somber note however, I fear that unless my financial situation changes I probably won't be able to keep putting out books like I have been. The holidays and the second Belial book were really expensive for me and my job just isn't giving me the hours I need.

I made a new account on comicfury and I've been getting into reading webcomics on there just like I used to back in the day. I've really missed it! Though it's making me want to get back to working on my own. Maybe one of these days when I'm not drowning in book WIPs, I'll get back to it.

I was going to put Bringing Forth Belial on KU next year but I’m definitely debating it now. Maybe I’ll start looking into kobo plus like a lot of my fellow authors.
Currently it’s not so much a money thing for me as it is me just wanting to get my books in front of readers.

I had all of my titers rechecked, MMR included, and I'm happy that I keep my immunity. The measles numbers are scary and folks need to be aware that it's a serious danger.
Go to your doctor and get your measles titers checked to make sure you are still immune and if not get re-vaccinated. It’s more and more likely all of us are going to eventually come in contact with it.
The thing about measles is that it’s the only known virus that triggers immune amnesia - it causes your immune system to forget everything it has previously learned. Meaning you essentially reset to zero and are now at risk of basically everything.
It can take 2-3 years to get immunities back.
