every death from poverty, anywhere in the world, in the 21st century is a death caused by Capitalism.

Capitalism is the only reason we do not provide for all humans, what they need to survive; food, water, shelter, etc.

Capitalism has a death toll in the hundreds of millions, if not billions.

poverty shouldn't exist in the 21st century, we have the resources to provide for all humans, we just don't because we have powerful people and groups who seek to hoard far more than they will ever need at the expense of others having even the bare minimum they need to survive.

nobody in the UK should be so poor that they cannot afford to eat or drink, not in a country where such obscene wealth exists, we have multi-millionaires, billionaires and corporations worth billions as well, we have a moral duty to ensure the well being of ALL people who find themselves here.

I think we'd all consider it if we were that hungry or thirsty tbh, humans have a survival instinct that is one of our strongest impulses, forcing humans into that situation is barbaric, that's what we should be talking about, why do we have such poverty in a country as rich as the UK?

to say I don't trust Trump and Netanyahu is a massive understatement, we all want the ceasefire to hold and lead to a real end to the suffering of the Palestinians, but I can't see that actually happening without regime change of a radical kind in both Israel and the USA.
