Artists, send invoices. That way, no one has to say what the money is for on Paypal's paper trail.

If you ever get a call like this, hang up with them and call the bank directly yourself. Also, don't answer any questions until you know you're speaking with someone at the bank.

Any body actually calling about fraud will understand if you're hesitant about answering questions over the phone.
